SmartAccess was also integrated directly with IQ Luxe's existing Cloudbeds PMS, allowing guest access to sync seamlessly with reservations and check-in data across the portfolio — reinforcing devicethread (now shashi.ai) focus on interoperability with the systems properties already rely on.

Notably, the entire deployment was coordinated with just two team members on IQ Luxe's side, underscoring how streamlined the onboarding process can be even for a fast-scaling, high-touch luxury portfolio.
